Watch for piranhas!

--

When I talked to Eduardo about resistance, fear and the lizard brain, he would not remember a moment in life where he felt any of it. Most probably, he has experienced fear or resistance at some point in his life but his focus has always been on how to solve problems and making sure nothing got on his way. This behavior allowed him to keep moving. In his mind, his ability to constantly move forward has been driven by intuition and taking calculated risks. He expresses this with a metaphor which has become my third drawing: “Before crossing a river, you look for piranhas and you try to understand how deep it is”.

Eduardo uses this metaphor to talk about how intuition has led him to make important decisions in life and how important it is to take calculated risks in order to be successful and keep progressing.
