This is my last drawing from the interview to JP Manzuoli. First of all, special thanks to Juan Pablo for his generosity, the time we spent together and all the insights he shared with me. It was definitely a very rich experience and I hope it is just one of many interactions for my blog and beyond.

This last drawing is about Juan’s superpower. He defined it as “the art of identifying people’s potential and helping them realizing it”. This simple yet deep super power comprises a couple of key elements described in the Linchpin book: It sounds unique, it makes Juan an artist and it allows him to share his gift with anybody that is open and curious about what Juan can bring to them.

I like the magnifying glass metaphor as a tool that helps Juan look into the details that make people who they are and what their potential is. Through deep observation, active listening and his natural skills, Juan could be definitely a key partner to help anybody become their best selves and ultimately become a Linchpin.

I use the magnifying glass as a metaphor to describe Juan’s ability to look deeply into people to help them find and realize their potential.
